- Contributed to building a full-scale HRM system in React + TypeScript from the ground up, taking ownership of 10+ modules, including payroll, attendance, leave, duty roster, dynamic form builder, onboarding, system settings, routing, and ACL.
- Designed a hybrid state management architecture using nested React Context API for module-scoped state and Redux for global state, reducing prop-drilling and improving maintainability across a large codebase.
- Implemented PDF generation with custom font support, complex scheduling, duty roster, and datetime localization utilities built in-house.
